Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparenting role on a Milton Hershey School campus, where a married couple resides in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same group of students.
