Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent positions for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and activities for approximately 8–13 students; initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home, relocation to Hershey, PA, with provided relocation assistance and paid training; must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and complete individual applications.
