Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and a long-term transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include salary per person and relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training.
