Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School involve residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
