Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus student homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and actively engage them in developmental and recreational programs, including leading daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, transitioning eventually to a Placed Houseparent role with a dedicated student group after initial support of various homes. This two-person role requires married couples to reside on campus, offering full-time flexible hours with a nine-on, three-off schedule and unscheduled weekday time.
