Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist — Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including supervising routines, coordinating schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and leading daily devotions and chapel visits. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students in their own home. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO, and free housing/meals on duty. Requires a two-spouse, legally married partnership for at least two years, both spouses 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
