Job Summary
Two-person, fully on-campus live-in role as Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Initially a nine-consecutive-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, on-site housing, meals while on duty, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires married couples, both spouses at least 27 years old, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
