Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Fall River, MA, supervising 8–13 students and providing care, mentorship, and structure to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time. Requires commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus, and for consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications; relocation assistance is provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
