Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, a two-person couple living in on-campus student homes to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group.
