Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA, requiring married couples to reside in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for married couples
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism
