Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of about 813 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student-home group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older.
