Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in a home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-on/three-off duty cycle with eventual placement in a single student home. Qualifications emphasize experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license with van certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs; the role requires a legally married couple who are both 27+ years old and willing to relocate with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits.
