Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married partners) will reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-consecutive-days-on duty schedule (then three days off) and progresses to a Placed Houseparent assignment with same-group continuity. The position includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid training, PTO) and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A two-person, legally married couple (both spouses 27+) is required for consideration; both spouses must submit individual applications.
