Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist (Full-time Flex Houseparents) reside on-campus in Milton Hershey School student homes, providing care, supervision, and development support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a rotating schedule (nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home).
