Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home setting. The position involves living with and supervising approximately 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support to foster students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent arrangement with the same student group. Required Qualifications
