Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist - Flex Houseparents: Full-time couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Relocation to Hershey, PA with on-site housing included; benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement, paid training, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires two-person married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; Judeo-Christian chapel involvement encouraged but not required.
