Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
