Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist for a two-person, married couple team who will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and development opportunities for approximately 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from an initial nine-on/three-off duty schedule to a fixed placement with the same group of students. Requires partnership in a high-commitment, fully on-campus role with relocation assistance and paid training; high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license are required.
