Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Graceville, FL and provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role for the same student group. Requires a married couple, both 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license (ability to become certified to drive student home vans), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Remote work is not indicated for this posting and relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
