Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation for students, and engagement in developmental and religious activities (devotions and Sunday Chapel) for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting and reporting, coordinating schedules, and leading activities; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for consideration (both spouses must apply)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Age 27 or older for both spouses
