Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes (approximately 8–13 students) to provide supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their home. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and housing/meal utilities on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
