Job Summary
Two-person, married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing on campus in student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.). Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years married, both spouses aged 27 or older, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license and van certification, and a commitment to a safe, faith-informed campus environment.
