Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist role for a two-person, married-couple team at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent serving the same student home.
