Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, fully benefited, on-campus role for married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, developing and leading developmental and recreational activities, and guiding spiritual activities such as daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position starts with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle and transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and other perks. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to reside on campus in a smoke-free and weapon-free environment. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and apply independently for consideration.
