Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple residence-based role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive and plan developmental activities, lead daily devotions and participate in Sunday Chapel, and manage budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, both spouses married for at least two years, both ≥27 years old, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; relocation to Hershey, PA with on-site housing and benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.
