Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide care, supervision, and development activities, including daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, devotions, and chapel attendance. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with extensive benefits including housing and meals on duty, comprehensive health coverage, and retirement options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
Additional Requirements
