Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, married couple will reside on campus as Flex Houseparents, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 813 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with continuity in a single student home.
