Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist – Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple), based at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Live on-campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, guidance, and developmental activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
