Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years (for both spouses)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to reside on-campus in on-site student homes
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
