Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles in Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes. Couples reside with groups of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, household management, and participation in devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a rotating nine-day-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent assignment living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older; relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-site housing and meals may be included. The role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment with a focus on student development and safety.
