Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with a consistent student home. Qualifications emphasize youth experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; the role requires a legally married couple for consideration and both spouses must be aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; salary per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple.”,
