Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) on a residential campus provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving and planning activities, leading daily devotions, and managing household budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student-home setting. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year married commitment, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and willingness to live on campus with a structured, faith-inspired, child-centered environment. Relocation assistance is provided; comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
