Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus to supervise and support 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with same students. Schedule features nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married status
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
