Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (group of ~8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, supervision of routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in development/recreational planning. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and eventual transition to a placed houseparent with the same student group.
