Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Youth Development Specialist role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and activities planning, including administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
