Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on an on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off cycle and transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license (with ability to become certified to drive student vans), ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Salary is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and benefits), relocation assistance provided, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
