Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School involve living on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, and leading activities including devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, budgeting, and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
