Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSAs/FSAs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, and PTO. Qualifications require experience with youth, two-year married couple eligibility, both spouses aged 27+, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Required Qualifications
