Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions while planning recreational engagement. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Couples must be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
