Job Summary
Overnight Youth Development Specialist in Klamath Falls, OR, joining a multidisciplinary team to support youth in emotional growth and skill development. Responsibilities include supervision and safety of youth overnight, therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed, daily living assistance (meal prep for next shift, light housekeeping), accurate documentation and medication administration, and ensuring proper communication with the daytime team. Requires QMHA certification and a Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or equivalent experience, plus a valid Oregon driver’s license. The role operates on a night-oriented schedule (weekend days with Tuesday rotation). Required Qualifications
- Must meet State of Oregon (OARs) requirements and hold QMHA certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). Licenses: driving is required; must have a valid Oregon driver’s license and insurable driving record.
