Mentor and facilitate development programs for pre-K–12 residential school students. Responsibilities include mentoring students, leading small-group facilitation, and collaborating with teachers and staff to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs; promote positive behavior; connect students with available resources. This role operates within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning department and emphasizes fostering a nurturing, diverse culture while enabling professional growth for staff and students.
