Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, and promote positive behavior through direct engagement. Collaborate with teachers and staff to connect students with necessary resources. Support the Education, Training & E-Learning department within Milton Hershey School's cost-free residential environment. Make a lasting impact on students' lives within a nurturing, diverse culture.
