Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver youth development programs focused on academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small-group sessions and provide mentoring to support student development. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, fostering a nurturing and diverse culture.
