Job Summary
Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School in the Education, Training & E-Learning department supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources, contributing to a nurturing, diverse culture and providing opportunities for professional growth. Location: San Diego, CA (on-site at the residential school).
