Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and design development programs to support Milton Hershey School students' academic, social, and emotional growth; deliver mentoring, facilitate small-group sessions, and collaborate with teachers and staff. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources to foster growth and well-being; contribute to a nurturing, diverse school culture and professional development opportunities for staff.
