Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group mentoring sessions and design development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with necessary resources. Deliver education, training, and e-learning initiatives within the Milton Hershey School's Education, Training & E-Learning department.
