Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and mentor students while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, where you can make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
