Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and facilitate development programs for K-12 students at Milton Hershey School to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff. Provide small-group facilitation, connect students with resources, and help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that supports student well-being and growth. The role emphasizes mentoring, program design, and ongoing collaboration with school personnel to make a lasting impact on students’ lives while enabling professional growth for the specialist.
