Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the student experience within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment.
