Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist in creating a nurturing, diverse culture that fosters professional growth and lasting impact on student lives within the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school setting.
